About Codetrackbase
Calm structure for a difficult employment moment
Learn how Codetrackbase approaches termination reviews and severance preparation for employees working in Germany.
Codetrackbase was formed around a recurring problem: people often receive an important employment document and are immediately pulled in several directions—legal deadlines, financial questions, workplace emotions, and pressure to answer quickly.
Our consultations create structure before a person responds. We organise dates, clauses, practical priorities, and questions for the right specialist. The work is delivered in English for international employees navigating German workplace practice.
Our role
We provide document orientation, decision preparation, and negotiation preparation. We are not a law firm and do not represent clients in court or before employers. Where a matter needs a German Rechtsanwalt, tax adviser, works council, union representative, or the Agentur für Arbeit, that referral point becomes part of the action list.
How we work
The document leads. We begin with the actual notice, proposal, contract, or draft rather than a generic checklist.
Timing stays visible. The date of receipt, contractual notice, proposed end date, and any possible statutory deadline remain separate on the page.
Trade-offs are named. Severance, release, reference wording, variable pay, leave, and handover can interact. We help clients rank them rather than treating every clause as equally important.
Promises stay modest. No consultant can honestly guarantee an employer’s response, a severance figure, or a legal result. We promise careful preparation and plain language.
The team
Sessions are led by employment-transition consultants with experience supporting international professionals through German HR processes and cross-border workplace communication. Legal questions are reserved for independently qualified counsel.
