What to expect

From first enquiry to a usable action list

See what to prepare, what happens during a Codetrackbase employment consultation, and what you receive afterwards.

1. Send a short, non-sensitive outline

Tell us which document you have, when you received it, its page count, the proposed employment end date, and the question that concerns you most. Do not send medical data, tax numbers, bank information, or identity documents.

2. We check fit and urgency

Within one business day, we confirm whether the requested consultation is appropriate. If the facts indicate a potentially urgent legal deadline, court action, or a need for representation, we direct you to qualified legal counsel instead of allowing an orientation booking to cause delay.

3. Share the relevant pages securely

After booking, you receive instructions for supplying the notice, agreement, contract, or proposal. Remove unrelated personal data. Documents should arrive at least four working hours before the session so the consultant can prepare.

4. Work through a visible agenda

The call begins with dates and your intended outcome. We then examine the document, separate settled terms from unclear points, and rank the questions. You can stop for explanations whenever German employment vocabulary or employer wording is unfamiliar.

5. Receive the recap

Your written follow-up arrives within one business day. Depending on the consultation, it includes a timeline, priority list, negotiation brief, or questions for a Rechtsanwalt, Steuerberater, works council, HR contact, or the Agentur für Arbeit.

What not to expect

Codetrackbase does not decide whether a termination is legally valid, file claims, represent you, contact the employer, predict a settlement, or advise on tax and unemployment-benefit consequences. Those boundaries are part of responsible preparation.
