What may change the fee
Longer agreements, several contract amendments, bilingual document comparison, or a combined termination and severance review may require an extended session. We quote that work in writing after seeing the page count and scope. Nothing additional begins without your agreement.
Payment and scheduling
After we confirm that the consultation fits, you receive an appointment and payment instructions. No payment is taken through this website. Rescheduling and cancellation terms are explained in our refund and cancellation policy.
When to spend the fee elsewhere
If a three-week challenge period may be close, if you need representation, or if the central question is legal validity, your priority should be a qualified German employment lawyer. We will not book an orientation session where that would create harmful delay.
