Data we collect
We process contact details, enquiry text, appointment records, payment records supplied outside this website, and documents voluntarily provided for a consultation. Please remove health data, identification numbers, bank details, and unrelated third-party information unless their processing has been expressly agreed and is necessary.
Purposes and legal bases
We use data to answer enquiries, assess service fit, arrange and deliver consultations, fulfil contractual and legal duties, protect legitimate business interests, and maintain records. Depending on the interaction, processing is based on steps requested before a contract, contract performance, legal obligation, consent, or legitimate interests.
Recipients and international transfers
Authorised staff and necessary service providers may process data under confidentiality and data-protection obligations. If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we use an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses, or another lawful safeguard and assess supplementary measures where required.
Retention
Unbooked enquiries are normally deleted within six months. Consultation records are retained only as long as needed for delivery, dispute handling, and statutory accounting or retention requirements. Legal retention periods may require selected records to be kept longer.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also complain to a competent German data protection supervisory authority.
