Cancellation and refund policy

Cancelling a consultation

Cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled start for a full refund. Cancellations received between 12 and 24 hours before the session qualify for a 50% refund. Later cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable because the appointment time and preparation capacity have been reserved.

Rescheduling

One reschedule is available without charge when requested at least 12 hours before the appointment. Later requests are handled case by case, particularly for illness or an unexpected employer meeting. A second reschedule may require a new booking.

Work already started

If document review or a written brief has begun before cancellation, the reasonable value of completed work is deducted from any refund. Custom translation, external professional fees, or specifically approved purchased materials are non-refundable once ordered. Standard consultations do not ordinarily require purchased materials or a deposit.

Service not delivered

If Codetrackbase cancels and cannot offer a suitable replacement, the fee is refunded in full. If a technical interruption materially shortens an online session, we offer equivalent additional time or a proportionate refund.

Urgent legal redirection

If intake shows that booking would risk delaying urgent legal action, we may decline or cancel the consultation. Any fee not matched by completed preparation is refunded. This does not cover fees charged separately by lawyers or other advisers.

Refund method and timing

Request a refund at info@codetrackbase.digital with the booking name, appointment date, and reason. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Bank processing time may vary.

Consumer rights

Nothing here limits mandatory rights under German consumer law. If you expressly request performance during a statutory withdrawal period, you may be asked to acknowledge payment for work performed before withdrawal.
