Terms of consultation

Terms governing Codetrackbase employment orientation and preparation consultations in Germany.

1. Scope and acceptance

These terms apply to consultations supplied by Codetrackbase. Booking, paying for, or attending a consultation confirms acceptance of the terms provided before booking. Website information alone does not create a consultant-client engagement.

2. Nature of the service

Codetrackbase provides document orientation, practical preparation, and communication planning concerning employment exits in Germany. We are not a law firm, do not provide legal or tax advice, and do not represent clients. Clients remain responsible for obtaining timely advice from a Rechtsanwalt, Steuerberater, the Agentur für Arbeit, or another competent authority.

3. Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, disclose relevant deadlines, supply readable documents in time, and remove unnecessary sensitive data. A consultation must never be used to delay urgent legal action.

4. Fees and appointments

Fees, session length, scope, and payment timing are confirmed in writing. Additional work requires separate agreement. Cancellation and rescheduling are governed by the refund policy.

5. Intellectual property

Codetrackbase retains copyright in its website, templates, explanatory materials, and consultation formats. A client may use their individual recap privately for the employment matter discussed, but may not resell or publish it without permission.

6. No guaranteed result

We do not guarantee a negotiation outcome, severance amount, employer response, legal conclusion, or availability of third-party professionals. Liability is limited to losses caused intentionally or through gross negligence, except where German law does not permit limitation.

7. Confidentiality and data

We handle consultation information with care and according to the privacy notice. Clients should not provide information unrelated to the agreed scope.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Mandatory consumer protections and statutory jurisdiction rules remain unaffected.
